My family and I had a delightful stay at Chesa Valese in Zermatt. The warm welcome extended to us truly made our vacation special. The personal touch from the experienced team ensured that every guest felt at home. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered us a room upgrade, and on my birthday, a delicious cake awaited me at breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable.One charming aspect of the hotel was an old child cradle filled with newspapers from around the world. It was a unique touch that added to the cozy atmosphere of the property. With a strong connection to tourism for many years, the family behind Chesa Valese understands the needs of travelers. This was evident in the impeccable service and attention to detail throughout our stay.From the welcoming staff always ready with a smile to the generous amenities provided, including a ski-room and a beautifully done-up spa, every aspect of our experience was top-notch. The family-friendly environment, complete with treats for the kids and thoughtful touches like lavender spray for the pillows, made our time at Chesa Valese truly unforgettable. The breakfast spread was vast and delicious, with freshly baked breads and pastries that were a highlight each morning. On departure, we were given a lovely parting gift, a gesture that encapsulated the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our stay. We cannot recommend Chesa Valese enough for a family vacation in the Swiss Alps.
